- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Carriers Used: USPS and UPS.
- Shipping Times: 3–7 business days within the U.S.
- Tracking: All orders include tracking information via email once shipped.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (spices and food items), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.
